adventure waits…

I mentioned previously that when my surprise trip landed me on the beach in San Diego with my best friend, we took our art journals to the sandy pillows of the shore.  Last week I was uploading some of my art journal pages to The Art Journaler Flickr page and realized that what I thought was just my observations about what was going on around me ended up being a poem.  It’s been a while since I wrote my last one.

I’m kinda in love with the merging of these two artistic forms.
